Hi,
There are 3 errors in wave tool. Happened in the past as well (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wcag-compatibility-missing-form-label/) and you fixed it but now it popped up again only when using the contact form in a popup with plugin WooCommerce Catalog Mode https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-catalog-mode/14518494
Can you please add compatibility for it?
