Can’t get plugin to work on multisite

I can’t get it to work on multisite. On the main site, it is working well, but there seems to be an issue on subsites. We already filled out the Honey Pot Field Name and Honey Pot Error Message on a subsite, but still no Honeypot field when we checked the markup in the front end.
